Tools

Tools I use for making money online.

Everyone needs tools in order to make an income on the internet.

Whether this is something as simple and cheap as a domain, a website such as a blog, a funnel builder, an auto responder, paying for ads, or a monthly subscription to certain software services – the reality of making a living online is that you are going to have to often spend money, in order to make it!

Sorry if this sounds like a cliche, but it’s as true online as it is if you were running a business ‘in real life’.

All businesses have costs, and not all things come for free.

The tools listed here are used by me, and (mostly) paid for by me, every month. (some tools below are free)

I would never recommend anything unless I were using it myself, so rest assured the list below contains valuable, worthwhile tools that make me money on the regular – month in, month out.

Shine-OnShine-On

The best Print On Demand jewelry company there is. I’ve made over $300k with these guys and numbers never stop rising! Posts on this blog and also videos on my YouTube channel detail how you can get started with Shine-On yourself. Shine-On make it simple. I have used Klaviyo to generate 6 figures over multiple Shopify stores and cannot recommend them highly enough. Next level Shopify integration. I mean they work seamlessly together. I have so many flows set up in my Klaviyo and they are all generating money on full autopilot. If you don’t have an autoresponder, get Klaviyo, and do it now. An account with up to 250 subscribers is free – so what are you waiting for? Go get yourself an account now!
AweberAweber
My secondary auto responder. Also a solid choice, and cheaper than Klaviyo if you are on a budget. The reason I moved to Kalviyo was better Shopify integration, but if you don’t want or need this – you cannot go wrong with Aweber. I’ve had an Aweber account for well over ten years and it has served me well. If you use Clickfunnels, then Aweber plugs straight into the system via seamless integration.

ChatGPT
Launched to widespread acclaim in November 2022, ChatGPT marked a significant leap in natural language processing capabilities. Its impact extends from transforming customer service through intelligent chatbots to pioneering new approaches in education, content creation, and software development. It’s hard to imagine a world without this amazing tool now! I made an entire blog using it, images and all. It really is a wonder tool, and free to anyone with a google account.

Camtasia Logo

Camtasia
Trusted by more than 39 million creators, and I’m one of them. I use Camtasia constantly for screen recording when making my courses and YouTube videos. Camtasia supports a wide range of video formats for export, and includes built in assets such as royalty free music and templates, all of which streamline the video creation process. It’s hard to imagine an internet world without Google. They offer an ecosystem that is incredibly supportive and enriching for creators of all kinds, providing a suite of tools and platforms that facilitate creativity, collaboration, and distribution. With a single free Google account, creators gain access to YouTube, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets & Slides, Photos for storage, Calendar for organisation, there’s analytics for in-depth website performance, Blogger, Google sites, Meet, Chat…and the list goes on. Truly an invaluable (and free!) resource for creators across the globe.

NamecheapNamecheap
I’ve been internet marketing for 30 years and counting, and I wouldn’t trust my domains to anyone else other than Namecheap. Trusted the world over by everyone I know, this registrar is simply the best there is, hands down. Their technology just works, and support is phenomenal. Rated 4.7 out of 5 by over 1.5 million customers, you can get domains for as little as 99 cents per year. If you need domains, you need Namecheap. It’s that simple.
